If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, please contact our care team, who will provide you with simple return instructions.
Products must be returned in brand new condition and within 30 days of the date you received them.
We can provide complimentary re-delivery if you’re in Australia or New Zealand. If you’re anywhere else in the world, you’ll need to cover the cost of re-delivery.
To receive a full refund, please also return any complimentary items included with your order. If these items are not returned, their value will be deducted from the total refund amount. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your order.
While we provide free shipping on all Muscle Backpacks™ within Australia and New Zealand, kindly note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
